What raw materials are suitable for this extrusion blow molding machine?
It works for HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC. Multi-layer EVOH barrier structure is optional for oil / chemical packaging bottles and jerry cans.
What volume of plastic hollow products can this machine make?
Customizable, from 1L small bottles up to 20L / 50L jerry cans, drums, water tanks. We confirm the specification according to your sample or drawing.
Can you provide the matching blow mold together with the machine?
Yes. We supply molds, chiller, air compressor and granulator as turnkey solution. Machine only or full line package both available.
What is the warranty period of the blow molding machine?
12 months warranty for electrical parts, 18 months for mechanical parts. Lifelong technical support is available after warranty expires.
What is the production lead time after receiving deposit?
Standard machine: 30–45 working days. Custom accumulator type / multi-layer machine needs 45–60 working days.
Can you adjust the machine voltage to fit our local power supply?
Yes. We can customize voltage like 380V/50Hz, 415V/50Hz, 220V/60Hz. PLC panel supports English, Spanish, Russian and other languages.
Will you send engineers for installation and commissioning?
Yes. We can arrange overseas engineer service for machine installation, commissioning and operator training. Online video guidance is free.
