Service Requirements: The client, an emerging local bottled water brand, planned to establish a medium-scale mineral water bottle production line with a target output of 6,000 bottles per hour. Key requirements included high bottle transparency and precise neck dimensions suitable for high-speed capping, alongside specific considerations for energy efficiency and ease of product changeover.

Services Provided: Huili Machinery supplied a fully automatic PET blow molding machine tailored to the client's needs for 330ml and 550ml bottle sizes and the PCO 1810 neck finish. The technical team precisely calculated preform weights and stretch ratios, configured a two-cavity mold, and designed a rapid changeover solution for the two capacities. Comprehensive blow molding tests and sample validations were conducted prior to shipment to ensure compliance with standards for bottle transparency and crystallinity control. Post-shipment support included remote installation guidance and on-site commissioning.

Project Outcome: The production line operates stably at full capacity; bottle transparency meets optical standards for food-grade PET bottles, and the overall product pass rate reached 99.2%. Energy consumption was lower than the client's expectations, and the rapid changeover function significantly reduced the time required to switch between bottle sizes. The client has successfully launched the product in the local market and recommended Huili Machinery to industry partners.
