Service Requirements: The customer planned to establish a new production line for household and personal care packaging bottles (specifically laundry detergent and shampoo bottles). Key requirements included uniform wall thickness, excellent neck sealing, and production stability, alongside a need for ease of operation and manageable maintenance costs.

Services Provided: The Huili Machinery technical team first conducted a comprehensive analysis of the customer's bottle samples and target production capacity, confirming the use of HDPE raw material and an extrusion blow molding process. Based on the 500ml and 1L capacity specifications, the team selected the appropriate blow molding machine model and a "two-cavity" (dual-mold) configuration. During the mold design phase, a specialized cooling system was incorporated to account for HDPE's 1.5%–3% shrinkage rate, ensuring dimensional consistency. Following manufacturing, the machine underwent both no-load and full-load testing before being securely packed and shipped; engineers were then dispatched to the customer's site to handle installation, commissioning, and operator training.

Project Outcome: Upon commissioning, the production line achieved a daily output of over 24,000 bottles. The bottles featured uniform wall thickness, smooth surface finishes, and excellent neck sealing, with a product pass rate consistently exceeding 98%. The customer expressed satisfaction with the equipment's operational stability and Huili Machinery's after-sales service, subsequently purchasing a second unit for their expansion project.
