Product Features
1. High-efficiency forming Configuration : With a 2-chamber design, the theoretical output can reach 2,200 to 2,700 pieces per hour, efficiently matching the demands of batch production and significantly enhancing the output efficiency per unit time.
2. Precise Heating System : Equipped with 32 0.75KW smooth tubes, with a maximum heating power of 24KW, it features high heating efficiency and uniform temperature distribution, ensuring the stability of preform formation.
3. Dual pressure airway design : The working air pressure is stably maintained at 7-9kg/cm², and the bottle blowing air pressure can reach 25-35kg/cm². The high and low pressure work in coordination to meet the requirements of different molding stages, ensuring that the bottle body is fully formed.
4. Rapid Cooling System : Equipped with a professional chilled water cooling device, the working air pressure is 5-6kg/cm², the temperature is constant at 10℃, and the flow rate of 30L/min ensures the rapid shaping of the bottle body, further enhancing production efficiency.
5. Compact Structure Design : The equipment measures only 2.25m×1.6m×1.7m, weighs 2.5 tons, and has a compact volume that does not occupy space. It is suitable for various workshop layouts and saves installation space.
