One. Product Description

（1）This fully-automatic PET bottle blowing machine is a linear bottle blowing machine which is developed and researched by the most advanced bottom making technology in the current world and molded through blowing PET(Polyethylene Terepthalate)by high pressure compressed gas.

（2）The machine needs a bottle blank appropriate to bottle type.this linear bottle blowing machine can be used independently for blowing bottles or completion of bottle blowing before filling lines.The machine shows characteristics such as high intelligence,stable and reliable mechanical performance, high production efficiency,low cost and pollution free from intermediate process,it is widely used for production of food,drink,cosmetic and medical vessel.

Two. Main Features

（1） The man-machine interface is easy to operate. Everything is computerized, including temperature adjustment and preform distribution. 

（2）Preform unscrambling, loading, bottle handling and ordering are all operated by stainless steel manipulator automatically without a second contamination. 

（3）The circulating chilling water system can protect the bottle neck against deformation when the preform is being heated. 

（4）The homothermal heater adopts auto reflection and closed loop adjusting system which have the power supplied constantly in proportion, not affected by the fluctuation of voltage. The conveying chain is short pitched and paratactic, which helps to realize slow heating and low power consumption. As a result, the preform can be heated evenly and easy to blow. 

（5）The positioned installation of molds makes it possible to change molds easily within 30 minutes. 

（6） All the critical parts we use for the full automatic PET bottle blow molding machines, such as the electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components, servo motor, etc, are famous branded parts imported from Japan, USA and Europe,which ensures the stability and long life of our equipments.

Four. Machine System

1-Automatic preform loading machine.

While performs are aligned in the unscrambler, there is a photocell on each rail that controls the perform loading motor and aligning cylinder. All these ensure a very precise, high-speed, and compact mechanical system. And the whole system is very stable and energy-saving.

2-Heating System.

It automatic stretch blow molding machine adopts infrared type heating mode, whose superior thermal-radiation and thermal penetrability provide machine with powerful heating to meet strict preform heating requirement under speedy moving. Infrared heating lamps placed onto three heating zone with 10 sets of independent voltage adjusting module and advanced microcomputer controller, can offer ideal heating for preform in different size. Each lamp's horizontal position is adjustable to keep the machine flexible.

3-Clamping System.

Type： Hydraulic Straight Moving Mode Locking, Bidirectional synchronous mechanism, Linear Guide Drive Type： Differential Fast Locking Die Head, Double Pull Rod Structure, Molar Space

It adopts four-plate type toggle clamping unit to provide powerful clamping force and increase the clamping speed. Apart from the four-plate type toggle clamping unit, there is a high pressure assistant clamping device that is special designed to get a firm clamping.
