This machine is a one-step three-station injection and blowing hollow molding machine, used for the production of PE, PP, PS, BAREX, PC, PVC as raw materials of medicine bottles, food and cosmetics bottles, etc.
Working principle
The core component of the one-step injection blowing process is a triangular turntable, rotated at 120 degrees, and the mandrel is mounted on the end face of the turntable.
▪ Station 1
The plastic melt is injected into the blank at low injection pressure, and the neck of the bottle is precisely shaped. After proper control, the mold is opened and the mandrel is transferred to station 2 together with the mold blank.
▪ Station 2
Blow molding in the cavity is completed by cooling molding station. (The mold cavity determines the shape and appearance of the bottle). The billet is blown up by the air coming out of the mandrel and pressed against the mold. Then, the mold is opened and the mandrel is transferred to station 3 along with the billet.
▪ Station 3
The demoulding is completed in this station, and then the packaging or filling is carried out through the assembly line. The three actions of injection, blow molding and demoulding are carried out at the same time, which is highly efficient and energy-saving.
