Fully Automatic PET Bottle Blow Machine Manufacturer from Huili Machinery.
This series has four models.
1、HLT-1L reaches 5000-12000 pcs per hour.
2、HLT-2L outputs 1200-9000 pcs per hour.
3、HLT-5L handles 1200-3500 pcs per hour.
4、HLT-20L targets 800-1000 pcs per hour.
Each model accommodates different cavities. The range is 1 to 9 cavities.
Max volumes vary from 1L to 20L.
Bottle mouth diameters range from 28mm to 150mm. Highest bottle diameters reach 350mm. Maximum bottle height reaches 450mm.
Machine installation power starts at 4.5 kW. It goes up to 46.9 kW.
Air consumption stays between 1000 and 4800 Ltr/min.
Work pressure is around 10°C.
Machine sizes stretch from 1.85×1.6×1.7 m to 8.45×1.6×1.9 m.Weight ranges from 1.7 to 6 tons.

Pallets are of wood, and the machine is covered with a plastic film. All the auxiliary machines and spare parts will be packed in wooden boxes. Loading to containers will be done according to weight balance, and each position of the package will be fixed in the container so as not to move.
