Plasticizing & Extrusion: Raw plastic material (PET, PE, PP, etc.) is melted and homogenized in the extruder.
Parison Formation: The molten plastic is extruded through the precision die head, forming a hollow tube called a parison.
Clamping & Blowing: The mold closes, using its clamping force to hold the parison. An air nozzle is inserted and blows compressed air into the parison.
Forming & Cooling: The air pressure inflates the parison, pressing it against the cold cavity walls of the mold, where it solidifies.
De-molding & Ejection: The mold opens, and the finished product is ejected, completing one production cycle.
