Feature:
1. Electrical control system: The machine operates under the control of PLC, which is made in Japan by Mitsubishi Co., through a man-and-machine interface(CD in either Chinese or English). A modularized temperature controller is used and the operation is touch-type colored screen. All production data can be set, modified, searched, and monitored on this screen which also enables machine trouble diagnosis. Electrical elements work on a non-contact working principle and therefore have a long service life.
2. Hydraulic system:The machine operates under proportional pressure control for which its hydraulic valve and hydraulic pump are used from world-famous suppliers, thus ensuring its working performance is both stable and reliable.
3. Plasticizing system: Thorough and homogenous plasticization and mixing of plastics are guaranteed with the use of a high-performance screw on this machine.
4. Speed regulation system: Frequency-converter-controlled speed regulator + speed change gearbox with hardened alloy steel gears. Speed regulation can be completed smoothly with the output produced of lesser noise; therefore the machine is durable in service life.
5. Mould opening, closing, and moving system:A large 3-point central beam mechanism for the opening and closing of the mould halves and locking the mould assures there to be balanced distribution of locking force and is free of any deformation after long-time operation. The mould is horizontally moved on linear spherical ball guideways at high traveling accuracy and rapid speed and with less resistance.
